SSO

SSO lets your team sign in to Mermaid using your organization’s identity provider, instead of separate Mermaid logins. That means fewer passwords to manage and cleaner offboarding when someone leaves. Available on Premium and Enterprise plans.

Supported providers

Mermaid supports SAML 2.0-based identity providers including Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.

Set up SSO

SSO connections are configured by the Mermaid team. To get started, email support@mermaid.ai and include:

  • The identity provider your organization uses
  • Your provider’s SAML metadata URL, or the metadata file itself

We’ll exchange the details your provider needs, set up the connection, and let you know when it’s ready to test.

Once SSO is live, members can sign in to Mermaid through your identity provider.
