Org settings and members

Org settings are available on Premium and Enterprise plans. Requires Owner or Admin role.

Access org settings

Go to Settings → Organization.

Invite a member

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Members.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email address and assign a role.
  4. Click Send invite.

They’ll receive an email with a link to join the workspace.

Invite your team in bulk

To add several people at once:

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Members.
  2. Click Bulk invite.
  3. Download the sample CSV next to the upload button, match its format, and upload your file.
  4. Click Send invites.

Everyone on the list receives a join link by email. Each invite takes effect the same way as a single invite, including the role you assign.

Let your team auto-join with your domain

If everyone on your company domain should land in the workspace without an invite, turn on domain capture:

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Security.
  2. Turn on Domain capture (auto-join).
  3. Add your company domain.

Anyone who signs up with an email on that domain joins your workspace automatically — no invite needed.

Roles and permissions

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing and org deletion
AdminManage members, settings, and permissions
MemberCreate, edit, and share diagrams
ViewerView diagrams only — available on Premium and Enterprise

Unlimited viewer seats are included on Premium. On Plus, collaboration is limited to view and comment.

Org roles set what someone can do across the workspace. Access to a specific diagram is set separately — see Diagram access below.

Diagram access

Inside the workspace you can give people view, comment, or edit access on an individual diagram, so the right people have the right access without managing one-off links.

When someone shares a diagram with a person outside the org, that person is prompted to join as a teammate — a common way workspaces grow as teams collaborate outward.

Control public sharing

By default, anyone in your workspace can create a public share link for any diagram they own. To keep work inside the org:

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Sharing.
  2. Turn off Public sharing.

Your team can still view, comment, and edit together in the workspace — they just can’t publish diagrams to the open web. Anyone who tries to create a public link sees a “Restricted by admin” note instead of a link.

Organize with teams and folders

As diagrams pile up, group them into teams and folders to keep work findable. Organize by project or squad so people can browse and reuse diagrams instead of starting from scratch.

Remove a member

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Members.
  2. Find the member and click Remove.

Access is revoked immediately. Their diagrams remain in the workspace.

Transfer ownership

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Members.
  2. Click the role dropdown next to the member you want to promote.
  3. Select Owner.

Ownership can only be held by one person at a time. The previous owner is automatically moved to Admin.
