Mermaid Chart Inc. ("Mermaid," "we", “us” or "our") provides charting tools that allow our customers to create different types of diagrams. Our products and services are intended for business customers. Diagram collaborators: Mermaid Chart users with shared diagram access. If sharing cloud diagram access with users outside of your organization, we may display user names, avatars, or email addresses where appropriate within diagram comments.
Data Retention and deletion
We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
